The COLUMBUS MITSUBISHI REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM is a very easy way for you to get credit for each referral you send to me! Here’s how it works:

  • To qualify for your COLUMBUS MITSUBISHI REFERRAL REWARD, you must register your referral before they visit me at Mitsubishi West.
  • Register your referral in one of two ways:
    • Fill out and submit the form below.
    • Call our Referral Hotline Number: 614.410.0396.
  • I will contact your referral and attempt to set an appointment on your behalf.
  • When your referral takes delivery any new or pre-owned vehicle, my Business Center will mail you a $75 Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate will be honored at either of the COLUMBUS MITSUBISHI Retail Facilities. Use it for Service, Parts, Rental Cars, or your next Vehicle Purchase. The Gift Certificate is transferable as well.
  • Only one Gift Certificate will be issued for each eligible vehicle delivery. The first person to refer the purchasing customer is entitled to the Gift Certificate.
